It all started 2 years ago when Federica, my fiance and our co-founder, was sitting on the couch desperately scrolling through job posts on Linkedin and Glassdoor. She had just got her Bachelor degree and was determined to find a job. I want to sail into corporate waters, she said. After sending her CV to 52 job positions she started waiting for a reply.
